He is the Founder and executive director of SUDAHSER Foundation. He has a rich educational background that contribute to the development of the organisation including;
- A Masters in population and development from the university of Yaoundé 1,
- A First Degree in Sociology and Anthropology, Minor in Political Sciences from the University of Buea,
- A Certificate in United Nations Peace Operations from the United State Institute for Peace “Peace Operation Training Institute”,
- A Diploma in project Management from the Covenant university Nigeria Lagos,
- A Diploma in strategic management; monitoring and evaluation
- Diploma in Delivering Community Development
- Diploma in Human health, health and Human Development
- Diploma in Health Studies
- Diploma in Nursing Studies - The Nurse As Team Leader And Teacher
- Certificate in Leadership Development from the WOFBI Institute in Yaoundé
He has also attended training on:
- Humanitarian principles
- Protection monitoring
- Child protection case management
- Protection mainstreaming in humanitarian programing
- Gender mainstreaming in humanitarian programing just to name a few
Prior to taking functions as the Executive Director of SUDAHSER, He work with the following organisations;
